What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone), your business's bookkeeping records, tax profile (including TIN and EFRIS details), receipts and statements you upload, and the tax figures we compute for you.
How we use it
Only to provide the service — bookkeeping, tax calculation, preparing returns for you to file, reminders, and reports. We do not sell your data, and your financial data is never used to train third-party AI models.
How we protect it
Sensitive fields (TIN, EFRIS credentials, your 2FA secret) are encrypted at rest. Each business's data is isolated from every other. You can add two-factor authentication to your account.
Your rights
You can download all your data at any time and delete your account or a business permanently, from Privacy & data in your settings. We keep records only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.
Not a tax authority
EvoTax helps you prepare and understand your taxes. It does not file on your behalf and is not URA. Always verify figures with URA or a professional before filing.
EvoTax complements URA systems (eTax, EFRIS); it never files on your behalf without your explicit approval.
